Knights of Pythias. 1895-1920.

Five photographs taken by J. B. Sturtevant at "Camp Bentley" September 11-13, 1895. (Camp Bentley appears to be Central Park; an Interurban car is visible in one photo.) The sixth image is snapshot quality and shows some men in black face with a large fake python and may be an initiation ceremony for the Knights of Pythias.
